Ishmael Green is a creative and results oriented attorney, with experience representing U.S. and multinational corporations, individuals and governmental entities.
Mr. Green’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and securities and fraud litigation. He has significant experience handling matters involving cryptocurrency/digital assets, the protection of corporate trade secrets, the enforcement of non-competes, unfair competition, breach of contract claims, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Mr. Green is admitted to the Florida Bar, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School where he was a Mayer Brown Scholar.
