Miami, FL – July 29, 2024– Diaz Reus International Law Firm (DRT) announces that it has been ranked #3 in Law360 2024’s Diversity Snapshot, in the category of law firms with 100 or fewer attorneys.
At Diaz Reus, minorities account for 50% of equity partners, 33% of all partners, 83% of associates, and 50% of Of Counsels.
The survey shows that law firms’ ongoing initiatives to address diversity challenges have driven another year of progress, with the representation of minority attorneys continuing to improve across the board, albeit at a slower pace than in previous years.
