Diaz Reus obtains final judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Interglobal Logistics Corp.

In a bench trial over a breach of a commercial lease, the Court agreed with Plaintiff’s counsel that Defendant landlord improperly overcharged Interglobal Logistics Corp. in violation of the lease.
