The DRT Alliance member in Brazil, GVM Advogados, advised “Consórcio Mineira da Sorte Ltda.”, a Consortium entered by International Game Technology PLC (IGT), Scientific Games Inc. (SG) and Saga BGI (SAGA) in the International Bid for traditional lotteries in the Minas Gerais State of Brazil.
“The contract provides for a collection of R$5 billion (US$ 985m), with a minimum transfer of R$ 500 (US$ 98.5m) million to the State, over the 20-year term.”
