Miami, FL – Sep 12, 2025– Diaz Reus International Law Firm (DRT) announces that it has been ranked #1 in Law360 2025’s Diversity Snapshot, in the category of law firms with 100 or fewer attorneys.
At Diaz Reus, minorities account for 50% of equity partners, 33% of all partners, 88,7% of associates, and 58,3% of Of Counsels.
Law360’s latest Diversity Snapshot ranking suggests that a modest number of firms are keeping up with the potential talent pool. About 13% of firms top the Law360 benchmarks in the new edition.
That percentage is reduced from the previous year, when 15.6% of firms had met or exceeded the targets. Nearly half of the ranked firms scored between five and 15 points below the benchmarks. As in previous years, evaluations are based on Law360’s pipeline score calculation, which seeks to identify how firms are hiring, promoting and retaining attorneys in line with the pipeline of available talent.
“For the seventh consecutive year, Diaz Reus again receives high recognition in Law360 Diversity Snapshot”, commented Administrative Managing Partner Marta Colomar-Garcia. “Diversity has always been in our DNA. We are convinced, as we live it every day, that our diversity makes us stronger thanks to our multicultural and multidisciplinary approach to problem solving and to the way we serve the different needs and objectives of our clients. Michael Diaz, Jr., Diaz Reus Managing Partner and Founder, added: “When our diverse group of attorneys team up, each one has a different perspective, which is beneficial to our diverse and international client base, as it enhances both our culture and the unique and creative representation we can offer.”
