After a one-day bench trial in Miami-Dade County Court involving a commercial lease contract dispute over payment of real property tax increases, the Court found for Interglobal Logistics Corp. on its interpretation of the lease, entering a final judgment of $17,198.71 and granting Interglobal Logistics Corp. its attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $116,743.62 (Total: $133,942.33).
