Biography
Nabil F. Erian is a highly experienced security and intelligence executive with over 30 years in the field. He has a proven track record of achieving complex intelligence, security, and investigative objectives in high-risk environments across 94 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
Mr. Erian has held significant roles, including:
- President & CEO, CIC International Group Inc.
- Partner & Chief Security Officer at CTC International Group
- Global Security Director at Mondelez International
- Head of Security at British American Tobacco, focusing on the most volatile and high-risk regions in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia
- General Manager for Wackenhut International for Africa, the Middle East, and South-Central Asia
Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Erian was a member of the CIA’s elite Clandestine Service and the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an Intelligence Interrogator in several operations, including the 1st Gulf War (Desert Shield/Storm).
Mr. Erian holds a degree in Business Management and Languages and has completed advanced leadership courses. He is fluent in Arabic, Persian Farsi, French, and Italian and is a member of several global professional security & intelligence organizations. His career is characterized by strategic expertise and a commitment to finding solutions to impossible problems in the world’s highest-risk countries and situations.
