Professor Marcello Augusto Lima Vieira de Mello is a founding partner of a brazilian law firm and head of the Civil Law, Civil/Commercial Litigation and Banking areas.

He has a degree and a Master's in Business Law from UFMG and has taught at various institutions, including PUC Minas, UFMG and Cândido Mendes University. He currently teaches at CEDIN (Center for Studies in Law and Business).

He is a member of the Institute of Lawyers of Minas Gerais and Vice-President of the International Relations Commission of the OAB/MG. Author and speaker in Brazil and abroad.
