Biography
Horacio Rodriguez, dual licensed to practice in Spain and Venezuela, brings over 20 years of experience, providing legal advice and service in international commercial matters and business law, including incorporation of foreign companies in Spain, advice on international holdings, claims concerning misleading financial products, negotiations with public corporations, municipalities and autonomous regions, and agreements in the area of intellectual property and copyrights.
Mr. Rodriguez has proven experience in international recoveries for public entities, as well as advises on and manages the liquidation of banks and companies in industries as diverse as insurance, construction, hospitality, real estate, and travel, and also handles filings of civil and commercial claims, including complex divorces and inheritances.
Fluent in Spanish and English, with an advanced knowledge of German and intermediate of Arabic, he is recognized for his ability to facilitate the understanding of foreign legal systems for his clients, allowing them to implement international strategies practically and efficiently. Over the years, Mr. Rodriguez has built a network of significant strategic international contacts in many jurisdictions, which in addition to his varied experience provides value to client matters.
