Miami, Dec. 3, 2025 – Diaz Reus International Law Firm, headquartered in Miami, announced that it has opened an office in Paramaribo, Suriname, in partnership with Meijer & DavidKock, which is led by lawyers Kaushilya Budhulall and David Kock. The new Paramaribo office adds to the other ones in the Caribbean: Aruba; Curaçao; and Bonaire, all headed by David Kock, who also leads the office in the Netherlands.
David Kock explains that the legal system in Suriname is very similar to that of Aruba, and that the official language is also Dutch, which makes the country attractive for international legal practice for a law firm with the experience and background of the Diaz Reus team.
