Arthur Milanez, attorney and business developer at GVM Advogados, the DRT Alliance member firm in Brazil, was recently featured in the French publication “Village de la Justice” with his article:
“Loi brésilienne sur la protection des données: comment la décision d’adéquation de l’UE ouvre de nouvelles perspectives pour les entreprises” (“Brazilian Data Protection Law: How the EU Adequacy Decision Opens New Opportunities for Businesses”).
In the article, Arthur Milanez analyzes the recent preliminary decision by the European Union recognizing Brazil’s data protection standards as equivalent to those of the EU.
