– Served as local counsel for the Buyer in its acquisition of a $108.35 million luxury apartment complex along the Miami River. The 342-unit complex, which is situated on almost 2.7 acres and 400 feet of riverfront, was completed in 2024.

– Represented Developer in the purchase of 181+ acres of golf course land rezoned for 702 residential units, equestrian center, parks and community center.

– Represented real estate developers in successful lawsuits against the City of Miami Unsafe Structure Department to challenge and appeal Demolition Orders and save buildings from demolition.

– Represent real estate developers in general corporate, transactional, and litigation matters involving multiple commercial and residential projects approaching $1B in gross sales.
