Mr. Abdala specializes in civil law, commercial and corporate law, direct foreign investment, establishment of foreign corporations in Chile, real estate, M&A, and project finance. He also handles a wide range of domestic and international litigation and arbitration matters.

He serves as consultant, project manager, and advisor to local, foreign, and multinational corporations doing business in Chile. He is a legal advisor for the Embassy of Argentina in Chile, handling matters of international law. Mr. Abdala graduated from Universidad Católica de Chile in 1988.
