Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Julianne Bagley is an associate attorney in Diaz Reus's Miami office. Her practice has focused on civil defense, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Diaz Reus, Julianne served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, where she defended the U.S. government and its agencies in civil matters involving employment discrimination, immigration, and federal tort claims. She then joined a boutique New York City firm as an Associate Attorney where she handled complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of cases from pleadings and motion practice through discovery, and settlement negotiations.

Julianne began her career in marketing and brand management in the fashion and real estate industries, an experience that informs her practical, business-minded approach to client service.
