Biography
Mohammed Al Said is a bilingual licensed lawyer (Arabic and English) with strong academic and practical credentials, holding two LL.M degrees in International Commercial Law and International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex (UK). He is also certified as an Intellectual Property Arabic Expert by the Arab Intellectual Property Arbitration and Mediation Society.
As a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Business Department, he advises on complex legal matters across various industries, working closely with high-profile stakeholders, including Their Highnesses and Excellencies. He leads major M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and high-value negotiations, and oversees the drafting and implementation of commercial contracts, including those involving Islamic banking structures.
With a solid understanding of regional and international legal frameworks, he provides timely, practical legal solutions, proactively safeguard clients’ interests, and navigate cross-border disputes and arbitration proceedings with confidence and discretion.
