Mr. Green's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and securities and fraud litigation. Ishmael has significant experience handling matters involving cryptocurrency/digital assets, corporate governance, the protection of corporate trade secrets, the enforcement of non-competes, unfair competition, breach of contract claims, and breach of fiduciary duty.

In addition, Mr. Green has a wide array of experience in the sports and entertainment arenas and has represented various athletes, artists, venues and record labels with respect to both transactional and litigation matters.

Mr. Green is admitted to the Florida Bar, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School where he was a Mayer Brown Scholar.
