A noted Miami-based immigration attorney, David Estrella has helped his varied clients—from throughout the Americas, Europe and elsewhere—across a range of immigration and nationality law issues over two decades.
Fluent in Spanish, English and French (and with a working knowledge of Italian), Estrella has handled multiple cases in employment-based visas, such as H-1B, L-1A and L-1B visas, O-1, P-1, TN, H-1B1 and E-2 visas, naturalization, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5 residency processes, dual citizenship, I-9 issues, removal proceedings, and more.
His visa work spans industries—including business, advertising, commercial real estate development, education, and entertainment—for professionals and skilled and unskilled workers alike.
Further, he knowledgeably represents his clients before various courts, tribunals and immigration boards in consular proceedings, visa applications, asylum proceedings and temporary protected status cases for immigrants from Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and elsewhere, and Cuban natives and their families under the Cuban Adjustment Act.
Adept at clarifying and managing complex immigration issues, he helps his clients understand their options so they can make the best choices for their businesses, themselves and their families. He recently answered readers’ immigration questions in America’s most popular Spanish-language periodical, TV y Novelas.
