Miami, FL – July 27, 2023– For the fifth consecutive year, Diaz Reus International Law Firm (DRT) announces that it has been ranked #1 in Law360 2023’s Diversity Snapshot, in the category of law firms with 100 or fewer attorneys.
The survey shows that the U.S. legal industry as a whole continues to struggle with a lack of significant diversity among law firms, most notably in leadership positions, where 11% of equity partners identify as racial or ethnic minorities. By contrast, half of its equity partners and other attorneys are minorities.
