Jayson Brian Schwarz LLM, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1978. Since that time he has practiced in the areas of corporate/commercial transactions, business structure, real estate law, tax, succession and corporate planning fields. He has been involved in international commercial transactions involving various American, Caribbean, South American, African and European jurisdictions.

Mr. Schwarz completed his Master’s degree in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011​ and received the Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law in 2013.

Mr. Schwarz has written for and been quoted in several large national publications, newspapers and has appeared as an expert on radio and television. In addition he has been a speaker for the Ontario Government for its Tarion Division.
