class actions involving consumer protection and deceptive trade practice laws.\u00a0 In addition, Mr. Stowes has served as a judicial law clerk in state and federal courts, where he drafted judicial opinions and advised appellate and trial judges on criminal matters as well as civil cases concerning legal issues of local and statewide
