El Chapo is considered the \u00abmost powerful drug trafficker in the world\u00bb by the U.S. Department of Treasury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we were first retained to help Mr. Cuellar Silva, I was doubtful that we could prevail due to his and his family\u2019s alleged ties to Chapo Guzman,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/diazreus.com\/attorneys\/robert-i-targ\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Robert I.
