Zachary A. Emmanouil
Zachary A. Emmanouil is a respected international commercial lawyer, litigator, mediator, and arbitrator, as well as a former Vice-President and General Counsel to an international corporation. As such, he combines his vast international, commercial, and executive experiences to provide innovative and strategic legal and business solutions to his corporate clients around the world.
From the board room to the courtroom, Zachary represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex international litigation and arbitration matters, including disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, and civil RICO charges. Notably, he filed a $25 million commercial action on behalf of his corporate client against a Fortune 250 company, and ultimately secured a favorable confidential settlement.
In international business transactions, he handles mergers and acquisitions, company formation, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, joint-venture agreements, distribution agreements, and franchise agreements.
Zachary is a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and his experience spans the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator. Given that the core of his legal practice is international commercial litigation, arbitration, and business transactions, it logically follows that he can draw from his experiences in all three of these commercial areas to mediate and settle cases.
Zachary is fluent in English and Greek, and proficient in Spanish.
