Melissa Diaz is a bilingual attorney who practices in the area of commercial litigation. During her studies at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, Ms. Diaz focused on transactional law, while gaining litigation experience through her internships.
Ms. Diaz earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Diaz is a committee member of AMI Kids, where she assists in fundraising. AMI Kids is a non-profit whose vision is “separating a troubled past from a bright future.” The non-profit achieves this goal through a day treatment program and school for at-risk teens.
Ms. Diaz served as the president of the Latina Law Students Association and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta William Penn Chapter at Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
During law school she was also a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Outlaw. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, with honors, from Florida International University.
